These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all engagements, services, and interactions
between Majazi (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual or entity (“the Client,”
“you,” or “your”) who enters into a professional agreement with the Company. By initiating any
project or formal engagement with Majazi, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Contractual Obligation
1.1. All services rendered by Majazi shall be governed by a written Service Agreement or
Project Contract signed by both parties. No work shall commence until the contract is duly
signed and acknowledged by both Majazi and the Client.
1.2. The contract will include detailed descriptions of services, deliverables, payment structure,
deadlines, and any specific obligations agreed upon by both parties.
2. Communication Protocols
2.1. The primary mode(s) of communication between Majazi and the Client (such as email,
Slack, Trello, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.) shall be mutually agreed upon and explicitly stated in the
signed contract.
2.2. All project-related instructions, approvals, and feedback must be shared only through the
approved communication channel(s). The Company shall not be liable for missed
communications or misunderstandings arising from the use of unauthorized channels.
2.3. Both parties agree to maintain timely and professional communication, typically responding
within 24–48 business hours unless otherwise agreed.
3. Scope of Services
3.1. Majazi provides professional services in areas including but not limited to:
● WordPress & Elementor Website Development
● GHL CRM & Automation
● AI-based Workflow Automations
● Lead Generation Campaigns
● Social Media Management
● E-Commerce Management
● Content Creation and Management
● Email Marketing & Campaign Management
● Administrative & Executive Virtual Assistance
3.2. All services will be delivered according to the timeline and scope outlined in the mutually
signed contract.
4. Payments and Invoicing
4.1. Payment terms, including schedule, milestones, and method, shall be specified in the
contract.
4.2. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable once the service has
commenced or a deliverable has been provided.
4.3. Late payments exceeding five (5) business days may result in service suspension until
outstanding dues are cleared.
5. Revisions and Scope Changes
5.1. Each service includes a limited number of revisions, clearly defined in the contract. Any
revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur additional charges.
5.2. Scope changes or additional requirements outside the original contract must be formalized
in writing and may result in adjusted costs and timelines.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. Both parties agree to treat all shared business, technical, and personal information as
strictly confidential.
6.2. Neither party shall disclose, duplicate, or use any confidential information for purposes
unrelated to the project without prior written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Upon full and final payment, the Client shall retain ownership of all final deliverables, unless
otherwise agreed.
7.2. Majazi reserves the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio or marketing
material unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed stating otherwise.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the Client shall
compensate Majazi for all completed work and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
8.2. Majazi reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice in cases of breach,
non-payment, abuse, or misconduct by the Client.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Majazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out
of or related to the services provided.
9.2. In no event shall Majazi’s liability exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the service in
question.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Pakistan.
10.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By entering into a contractual agreement with Majazi, the Client acknowledges that they have
read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
